Prices & Packages

Your first sessions is just £10 so you can decide if we are the right people to help you create the change you want.

From there our training is built upon programme cycles of four weeks. The main packages we offer are:

 

Five personal training sessions per week for 4 weeks – £1800
Five sessions a week means we take care of everything for you. You’ll do all your exercise with us which means every week will be an amazing week of exercise, without fail.
20 sessions in total working out at £90 per session.


Three personal training sessions per week for 4 weeks – £1140
With three sessions a week you’re guaranteed a solid week of training, every week. Your three sessions with us plus small amounts of accessory work on your own mean you’ll be making great strides towards your exercise goals.
12 sessions in total working out at £95 per session.


Two personal training sessions per week for 4 weeks – £800
We’ll use our two sessions to get the more intense portion of your weekly exercise done together, while still having time to discuss nutrition, goals, and working to perfect your exercise technique. We’ll also take you through exactly what you can be doing in your own time to help speed along your goals.
8 sessions in total working out at £100 per session.


One personal training session per week for 4 weeks – £420
We’ll use this one session a week to coordinate your training. This package is best if you’re looking to have us design an effective exercise programme for you. We’ll teach you exactly what to do to get the most from your weekly exercise, and you’ll complete the majority of it on your own.
4 sessions in total working out at £105 per session.

A Complete Workout Programme
We’ll create your workout programme for when you’re training with us and when you’re not. We’ll guide you through it so when you’re working out alone you’ll know exactly what you should be doing, how to do it, and why it will achieve your goals. This gives you the structure to simply get out there and do the exercise you want, rather than thinking lots and doing little.

Detailed Goal Setting
When you know exactly what you want, why it’s important to you, and how to go about achieving it, that’s when your training becomes rewarding and enjoyable and actually works. That’s when making healthy decisions becomes straightforward and that’s when you start to create and see real changes.

We will work with you to create ambitious but attainable goals. Goals you can get excited about and are really motivated to achieve.

Nutritional Advice and Planning
We all know how important nutrition is, but creating a healthy and enjoyable diet that achieves your goals while simultaneously fitting with your busy life can seem impossible.

We’ll guide you through nutrition one step at a time. It’s not about being perfect, we won’t ask you to make sweeping changes or sacrifice the things you love. We will work with you to create small changes that actually fit with your life and still make a real difference.
